Our tryouts are a two-day tryout so that each player attending can be evaluated on multiple skills and placed on the appropriate team with their skill level.
Tryout fee $30.00 – Cash or Check payable to Game Day Volleyball Club

Tryout Dates & Times for each age group:
12u and 14u Tryout dates:
Sunday, November 9th 1:00pm – 4:00pm
Monday November 10th, 5:00pm – 9:00pm
Wednesday, November 12th Parents will drop off season contracts & season deposits in person in the lobby of Bob Keefer, between 5:00pm – 8:00pm
15u and 16u Tryout dates:
Sunday, November 16th 12:30pm – 2:30pm
Monday, November 17th 5:00pm – 7:00pm
Tuesday, November 18th Parents will drop off season contracts & season deposits in person in the Heron room at Bob Keefer, between 5:00pm – 8:00pm
17u and 18u Tryout dates:
Sunday, November 16th 2:30pm – 4:30pm
Monday, November 17th 7:00pm – 9:00pm
Tuesday, November 18th Parents will drop off season contracts & season deposits in person in the Heron room at Bob Keefer, between 5:00pm – 8:00pm

Registration for tryouts:
The First step is to register with USA volleyball through our region, Columbia Empire Volleyball “CEVA”. Here is the procedure for on-line registration: Go to www.cevaregion.org
- On the home page in the upper right-hand corner, there is a light blue box titled memberships. Click on this box and it will take you to the membership page. There you will have options for the type of membership you would like. For tryouts you can choose one of the following types, listed under the Junior Membership heading.
a. Tryout Membership – $20
b. Full Junior Membership (17 and under) – $70
c. Full Junior Membership (18 and over) – $70 - Go through the registration process. Be sure to read everything carefully!
- When you are done you will pay for your membership online.
- You will receive an email from USA volleyball confirming your registration.

When you come to tryouts you will need to have already completed paperwork, print it out and have it with you when you attend the first day of tryouts. All players who intend to play for Game Day need to attend all tryout days scheduled for their age group.

Even if you are unsure if you are going to play club volleyball, or unsure if you are going to play for Game Day Volleyball Club, you must register with CEVA for insurance purposes. We cannot let your child participate in tryouts if they have not registered with CEVA. www.cevaregion.org
Once tryouts have been completed, we will form teams, player uniform sizing will be done once tryouts are completed if you accept your position on the team you made. We will have a designated day to drop off signed contracts, and season deposits, at this time a down payment is due for every player in every age group.
